What time should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving at The Spa 5 to 10 minutes early to allow time to speak with your therapist.
What happens if I arrive late for my appointment?
Regrettabley, a late arrival will result in a shortened appointment time in order for the therapist to be prompt for the next client.
How much should I tip the therapist?
A 15% to 20% gratuity is customary for any spa services. The gratuity has not been included in price of your treatment.
What does the therapist need to know?
Please let your therapist know in advance if you have physical concerns or health issues, since some therapies may be contraindicated.
What if I am pregnant?
Let us know in advance if you are pregnant, since some therapies may be contraindicated. Please be aware that it is not recommend that any massage therapies be performed during the first trimester, but considered safe thereafter.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us 48 hours notice of cancellation, in order to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel with less that 24 hours notice, we must charge the full amount for your services. We set aside time for each client and cannot fill that time in less than a day's notice.
